| 75 ml Cream 2 Eggs 1/2 tsp nutmeg pepper salt |
Mix cream and spices pour over spinach Make two nests in the spinach Break one egg into each nest |
| 20 g grated parmesan | |

Sprinkle with parmesan Put in oven for 10 mins |
